A responsibility that eliminates food waste as much as possible, that decreases the impact on the environment, balances the intake of animal vs. plant proteins, that stimulates attempts to fight climate change and adds value & remains profitable at the same time.
We are a food consultancy with a strong focus on accelerating business growth of plant-based food applications. We also act as Angel investor for food (processing) businesses with investments between 5,000 and 10,000.
Forty Mile Grain Exchange is a subsidiary of Forty Mile Rail Transload Facility, a short-line track in southern Alberta that moves grain and pulses to market, providing needed economic activity and opening up markets to producers in the area.
